My earliest food memory was my first taste of Marmite – I loved it!

Food that’s trending for me at the moment is ice cream sandwiches. I’ve indulged in quite a few at the pop-up Blu Top ice cream van. It’s usually found at Kings Cross, near Grain. My top tip is for ice cream S’mores – which are currently raving in New York, I expect to see them in London soon.

My favourite place to eat is The George Grill in Rye, Sussex – it’s seaside fish and chips at their best.

I’m lucky to have eaten in some great restaurants, but one that particularly stands out was the chef’s table at Claridge’s, when Gordon Ramsay was at the helm. Mark Sargeant was cooking, and he let us come to the pass and plate our own fish course. What an amazing experience.

My ideal dinner guests are my family and friends.

Eventually I will need a bigger kitchen due to my love of cookbooks, but my current inspiration is Sirocco by Sabrina Ghayour. She creates amazing flavours of the East, and focuses on simple ingredients. The book features dishes ranging from classics and comfort food to spectacular salads and sweet treats.

Three items always kept in my fridge are a Sauvignon Blanc, a vintage Cheddar and Burford Brown eggs.
