We provide extensive 5-star hospitality and event services for this prestigious embassy’s guests, as well as a small coffee bar for 250 staff. The events are critical for the embassy, as they represent its country’s hospitality, produce and culture. They can include anything from brand launches and fashion shows to corporate meetings and receptions for dignitaries.

Our work for the embassy takes place in a high-security location, and our team are strictly vetted in line with the government’s requirements. We appointed a dedicated Events Manager, who liaises with the internal team and coordinates both in-house and external events. This is a great example of how we work in partnership with our sister company, Inn or Out Events, to provide our client with a seamless catering service from two best-in-class caterers.

The highest standards, at high volumes

With four function spaces, and ten boardroom and reception areas holding up to 350 guests, the embassy is exceptionally busy. The hospitality volume is high – many three-course lunches, canapé events and fine-dining dinners can occur every day, all with tailored, seasonal menus. Among these, we’ve successfully devised and produced a vast range of VIP events, including a formal seated lunch for Her Majesty and His Royal Highness.

The coffee bar provides daily hot food, salads, ‘grab and go’, and frequent pop-up chefs to reward the busy embassy staff. Our internal hospitality service caters for the Commissioner’s working lunches, typically for diplomats.
