What does Santo Coffee taste like?
Santo is a classic Brazilian single origin coffee with a rich, comforting flavour profile.
The cup opens with smooth chocolate notes and toasted hazelnut, giving it a familiar, nutty character. These flavours form the core of the coffee, creating a warm and satisfying base.
This is complemented by a soft vanilla sweetness, which rounds out the cup and adds a gentle smoothness to the finish. The result is a well-balanced and approachable coffee that’s easy to enjoy at any time of day.
Coffee Origin: Espirito Santo, Brazil
Santo coffee comes from Camocim farm in the north-east of Brazil’s Espirito Santo region, an area known for producing high-quality coffees.
The farm is run by Henrique Sloper, who took over from his grandfather in 1999. Since then, he has focused on sustainable farming practices and protecting the surrounding environment, helping to produce coffee with both quality and integrity.
Sustainable coffee & regenerative certification
Certified Regenerative Organic coffee
Santo is produced using organic farming methods, which avoid synthetic fertilisers, pesticides and other chemical inputs. This helps protect soil health, biodiversity and long-term environmental sustainability.
Why Perkee Coffee is Different
