Access to the flat is from the walkway behind the cafe La Cigale (that has great coffee and great morning meeting place). The lift will take you to the 3 rd floor where the apartment is on the left opening into a spacious and airy front room with sofa and dining area. The room has access out on to the main terrace which has the most stunning views of the harbour, Mediterranean, north Africa and Gibraltar. The terrace is fully furnished with deliciously comfortable rattan lounge chair, bench seating with cushions and table and chairs so there is never the need to go inside and miss the view. Due to the open terrace edges we advise that it is not a young child friendly flat.
There is a TV which has limited channels but it has access to CNN and a sports channel (for sky sports you need to go to the Hairy Lemon). Press the heart button to see all english channels. there is also a DVD, video player for cosy nights in and plenty of DVD’s there to watch. The two bedrooms, both with own bathrooms, are fully tiled with marble (Shower/bath, sinks, bidet and wc’s). Plenty of fresh clean snow-white towels are provided but we ask you use the beach towels (have Sotogrande on them) if you need towels for outside
The main bedroom, which is at the front and has access and looks out on to the main terrace has a 6ft bed, built in wardrobe (with plenty of hangers) and chest of drawers
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobe and a small terrace overlooking the palm trees of the area below
The kitchen is very well equipped with all that you might need. It has a cooker, fridge /freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen has its own balcony which is ideal for drying odd smalls!!! – and looking out to how busy the restaurants are. Two bikes are there which you are welcome to use. They may need tyres blown up & an electric ‘blower upper is in the cupboard behind the kitchen door. Please water plants when in flat if you can – much appreciated
The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and will be cleaned on your departure. The beds will be made up on your arrival and laundering of the linen/towels is taken care of on your departure. If you require extra cleaning or laundering it can be arranged.
