BM is an independently minded food, hospitality and workplace experience business. Since 2000, we’ve been creating workplaces where people want to be, combining great food, genuine hospitality and strong client partnerships. As part of WSH Group, we offer the warmth and agility of a close-knit business with the opportunities and support of one of the UK’s leading hospitality groups.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. From chefs, baristas and hospitality teams to managers, nutritionists, marketers and support teams, we’re united by a passion for food, creativity and delivering great experiences every day. We believe in developing talent, celebrating individuality and creating an environment where people can learn, grow and build rewarding careers.

Across our client locations, you’ll find everything from restaurants, cafés and coffee bars to hospitality suites, events and workplace experiences. No two locations are the same, which means no two careers at BM are either.

If you can’t attend the job show, find out more about jobs we currently have available here.
