BM Caterers cultivates the future of workplace dining through partnership with groundbreaking new community farm

A new partnership with Savernake Park Community Farm
We are pleased to announce a new exclusive partnership with Savernake Park Community Farm, as part of a move to develop and grow produce for our clients and customers.
Savernake Park Community Farm is a groundbreaking initiative linking regeneratively grown nutritious produce directly with corporate partners.
As part of this partnership, we aim to actively demonstrate the positive impact regenerative farming can have on the environment, community and our clients’ plates.
Through this long-term agreement, we will employ a dedicated team to cultivate fresh, seasonal produce exclusively for our corporate partners, as well as facilitating multi-disciplinary education programmes for clients, colleagues and community projects.
The initial plot, with fully equipped farming facilities, will see us begin production immediately.
The partnership, which initially started in the summer, had its first harvest this month and will continue throughout the rest of 2026.
Fresh, seasonal produce from farm to fork
All produce grown at the farm will be incorporated into our clients’ seasonal menus, helping reduce food miles and supporting our ongoing commitment to advancing a lower carbon, resilient economy through initiatives that address climate change and support nature.
Regenerative farming and restoring the land
Savernake Park Farm was previously Savernake Railway Sidings and, during the Second World War, the whole of Savernake Forest was used as an ammunition dump. The land is being completely regenerated, taking heavily compacted soil and converting it back into fertile land for food production.
Grown exclusively for us, the fresh harvest will travel directly from field to kitchen, creating a transparent farm-to-fork supply chain.
Connecting colleagues, clients and communities with nature
Beyond the produce itself, the partnership creates the opportunity to develop multi-disciplinary education programmes.
Through volunteering days, seasonal harvest events, guided foraging experiences, farm tours and hands-on sustainability workshops, our colleagues, clients and their chosen community projects will gain a deeper understanding of food production, nature and environmental stewardship.
The project is expected to involve the majority of our employees each year, produce 20 tonnes of produce annually, and support community initiatives based at Savernake Farm, reflective of His Majesty the King’s Harmony Centre for Learning, a transformative space that teaches systems thinking and the interconnectedness of people, food and nature.
Angus Brydon, MD at BM Caterers, said:
“This partnership with Savernake Community Farm will redefine how our food is grown, shared, and valued. It is a unique opportunity to create a direct connection between land, grower, chef, and diner, transforming everyday dining into something far more meaningful. Access to abundant, seasonal produce will help us shorten supply chains, reduce carbon emissions, engage with regenerative farming, and environmental stewardship to support our clients’ ESG goals.”
Mark Jankovich, farmer at Savernake Park Community Farm, added:
“By linking corporates directly with amazing produce, we are helping to tackle the challenges facing the food system.
“We are very excited to partner with BM Caterers and their clients to help address these major challenges, educate the next generation and still deliver delicious locally grown nutritious vegetables.”
