How we’re keeping the coffee flowing
[mbo_lead_paragraph] 2017 turned into a great year for Perkee, our Fairtrade and premium sustainable coffee. We sold more than 500,000 cups of Perkee and it became the most popular coffee in our business. [mbo_lead_paragraph]
The year was topped off by Perkee winning two industry awards;
- FSM Marketing Award
- Eat Out Awards – Best New Brand 2017, competing against Carluccio’s, Yo!Sushi, Prezzo and Wagamama
Miguel Camara, our brands manager is developing a new retail concept and speciality coffee for customers. To strengthen the partnership, Wendy Bartlett and Lin Dickens are visiting Nicaragua in 2018 to meet farmers from the Soppexcca co-operative who grow Perkee beans.
