• 180g - fine white breadcrumbs
  • 400g - whipping cream
  • 4 - eggs
  • 375g - Blue Stilton, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper


Beat the eggs well, add the whipping cream and breadcrumbs and mix.

Fold in the cheese and season.

Add to a loaf tin (20cm by 10cm by 8cm) which has been lined with greaseproof and bake at 150c for 45 minutes.

Allow to cool, it needs some time to set.

This is great on the day but even better if it’s made the day before and cooled in the fridge over night. The following day just slice it nice and thick and reheat either in a microwave or in a low oven
