• 1kg baby cucumbers
  • 250ml water
  • 250ml vinegar
  • 125g sugar
  • 30g salt
  • 5 sprigs dill
  • 1 tsp. mustard seeds

We couldn’t do pickles without mentioning pickled baby cucumbers, amazing in burgers or with your fish and chips.


  1. Bring the water, vinegar and sugar to the boil.
  2. Take off the heat and add the dill, salt and mustard seeds.
  3. Slice or quarter your cucumbers and carefully pour your hot ingredients over them.
  4. Chill and enjoy.
