Dill pickled cucumbers

Ingredients

1kg baby cucumbers
-
250ml water
-
250ml vinegar
-
125g sugar
-
30g salt
-
5 sprigs dill
-
1 tsp. mustard seeds
We couldn’t do pickles without mentioning pickled baby cucumbers, amazing in burgers or with your fish and chips.
Method
- Bring the water, vinegar and sugar to the boil.
- Take off the heat and add the dill, salt and mustard seeds.
- Slice or quarter your cucumbers and carefully pour your hot ingredients over them.
- Chill and enjoy.
