Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 200ml pear juice
  • Ginger beer to top up

A pear-fect drink to enjoy on a long summer evening or a cool winter’s evening. Vibrant and delicious this Ginger and Pear Mocktail is easy to make and is great for all the family.

Method

Put the honey, one of the rosemary’s, ginger, lemon and pear juice in a shaker with some ice. Mash to dissolve the honey then shake hard.

Pour on to a tumbler filled with ice, top up with the ginger beer and garnish with the second rosemary sprig
