Ingredients
- 1 honeydew melon
- 50g caster sugar
- Ice cubes
- 750ml Ginger beer
With great flavours of melon and ginger this gorgeous melonade mocktail adds a little magic to any picnic
Method
- Cut the melon into chunks and put them in to a heat proof bowl
- Warm the ginger beer and sugar then pour over the melon cover the bowl with cling film and leave to cool
- Once cooled blitz and pour over a glass of crushed ice
