Samurai Sauce (with Gochujang)

Creamy, spicy, tangy and just the right amount of salty. This is a bold, flavour-packed sauce that earns its place on pretty much everything.
Inspired by classic Samurai sauce and lifted with Korean gochujang, it’s a simple mix-and-serve recipe that works brilliantly with burgers, hot dogs, nuggets or even fish fingers. A true game changer.

Ingredients

100g mayonnaise

100g ketchup
-
50ml soy sauce

50g gochujang paste
Method
Add all the ingredients to a bowl.
Mix thoroughly until smooth and fully combined.
Taste and adjust if needed — more gochujang for heat, more mayo for creaminess.
Chill until needed, or use straight away.
Serving suggestions
Perfect for burgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, nuggets or as a dipping sauce on the side. Once you start using it, it’s hard to stop.
