Who we are

Angus Brydon

Managing Director

Angus

As Managing Director, Angus Brydon is responsible for setting the culture, direction and standards that underpin how BM delivers catering that energises workplaces. His focus is on creating the conditions that enable BM’s teams to perform consistently and confidently, ensuring services are delivered to exceptional standards everywhere.

Angus’s approach starts with putting clients first. He believes strong service outcomes are built on clarity, trust and delivery. Working closely with teams across the business, he sets clear expectations and creates an environment of accountability and support, so people understand what good looks like and are trusted to make sound decisions. This approach strengthens day‑to‑day delivery and reduces operational risk for clients.

For clients, Angus plays a central role in ensuring BM remains a reliable and responsive partner. He works alongside leadership teams to make sure services are well resourced, properly supported and aligned to each client’s specific requirements and workplace culture. His emphasis is on long‑term partnerships, grounded in commercial discipline, consistent delivery and a belief that performance should always be proven before promises are made.

Sustainability is firmly embedded within Angus’s leadership. He ensures decisions support responsible sourcing, waste reduction and operational efficiency, helping clients meet their environmental and social objectives without compromising service quality or financial performance.

A genuine interest in food informs his perspective. Angus is fascinated by restaurants and the thinking behind them, particularly how food, service and environment work together to create a coherent experience. His current favourite is Cabotte Wine Bar & Restaurant in London, which combines traditional French cooking with a modern approach and a strong sense of place. This perspective influences how he supports teams, encouraging thoughtful menu development and food that feels right for the setting and the people it serves.

Angus brings extensive experience from across the contract catering sector, having worked in operational, commercial and leadership roles before joining BM nearly 15 years ago. This breadth of experience informs his approach to governance, decision‑making and sustainable growth.

In every decision, Angus focuses on delivering long‑term value for clients, strengthening trust, supporting operational stability and ensuring BM remains a partner organisations can rely on year after year.
