I live by a simple ethos: “always exceeding expectations”. As a trusted advisor, it’s my job to build strong relationships, and to work with everyone across the business to ensure our London clients receive brilliant service. This involves continually looking for new ways to improve, while offering outstanding value for money – and maintaining clear lines of communication.

Before joining BM, I gained industry-wide experience with other leading caterers, building a strong track record in business development. I’ve now been with BM for more than 11 years, working across operations, sales and marketing, before taking on my current role, where I’m enjoying directing our company’s growth.

Of course, a love of food will always play a big part in my career. I’m fascinated by restaurants, and the different themes and concepts they’re built on. My current favourite is Cabotte Wine Bar & Restaurant in London. Named after the small huts in Burgundy vineyards, it serves traditional French food with a modern twist, paired with Burgundy wines.
