Lisa Cook

As a salesperson totally focused on customer service, I fully believe in treating people the way I would want to be treated, and always aiming for the highest standards in everything I do. It’s also important for me to speak confidently to our customers about food – which comes naturally, as I’ve worked in catering and hospitality since I was 15, and become a real foodie along the way.

I started my career in a Cordon Bleu cookery school, but my main role before BM was in hospitality and events sales for the NEC Group. I worked there for over 10 years, looking after a range of clients, from TV production companies to international associations. My next move, into contract catering in education, was a natural stepping stone to my current role at BM. 

During my career I’ve been exposed to many different cuisines, and I intend for that to continue. I particularly love eating fresh fish and shellfish – preferably in a beach restaurant, with the waves splashing! A recent trip to Barbados was one of those truly memorable experiences.
