A trained chef by background, his career has spanned operations, commercial leadership, and business development, giving him breadth and depth of experience across the contract catering sector.
Michael works closely with clients to shape catering services around their individual needs, priorities, and workplace culture. His focus is on building long‑term relationships with our clients. For clients, this means:
