A busy and joyful festive season in 2025
The festive season in 2025 has certainly been a busy one, as always. The #bmfamily💜💚 truly embraced the Christmas spirit and used every tool in the box. This included innovative and amazing food, alongside a never-ending stream of great service throughout the festive period.
We saw Christmas calendars, find the elf, Santa letter boxes, and gingerbread building and decorating, just to name a few of the most popular ideas. We shared daily surprises and festive delights through our Yapster internal communications feed.
Engaging customers and spreading festive cheer
The festive season is always a great way to engage customers, while also allowing us to have some fun and bring a smile to everyone’s face. The teams’ Christmas outfits certainly played their part and were guaranteed to raise a smile.
All in all, it has very much been a case of the #bmfamily💜💚 spreading Christmas sparkles and cheer throughout this festive season.
Reflecting on five years of growth
When we reflect on where we were five years ago and what has been achieved since, it stands as a massive tribute to an incredible team.
We met our revenue targets and grew the business well beyond pre-COVID levels. We also retained our clients and teams at exceptionally high levels. Most importantly, the people aspect continues to bring us the greatest joy.
Developing our people and creating opportunity
This year has been a spectacular one for internal promotions and personal development, delivering outstanding results. Charlie, our KP, has gone on to achieve excellent higher qualifications. Craig, who has been with us almost since the very beginning, has proven to be a real force for learning and progress. Barry has moved into the operations field and has truly taken flight with his success.
These are just a few examples among many. When speaking with the team about achievements this year and what truly represents #bmfamily💜💚 values, it is the growth of our own people that makes us most proud.
What this shows is that we give everyone the opportunity to develop. It is about being supported, motivated, and having people around you who genuinely care that you do well.
