We are delighted that two members of the #bmFamily💜💚 have won a prestigious Foodservice Cateys award.

Huge congratulations to Natasha Boshoff, who won Regional Manager of the Year, and Michaela Mulvey, who secured the Innovation Award in recognition of her work to attract new recruits using TikTok.

The Cateys are known as the Oscars of the foodservice industry, the winners were announced on Friday (21 October) during the awards ceremony at the Royal Lancaster London, which celebrated the individuals and teams shaping the sector.

The awards, which are judged by our industry peers, were presented to the team in front of hundreds of high-profile attendees from across the industry.

Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where we worked in partnership with Neller Davies, was also awarded the Healthcare Caterer of the Year award.

And our friend and colleague Gregory De La Peña-Hall was posthumously announced as the recipient of the Extra Mile Award, in recognition of his work as a passionate advocate for equality, diversity and inclusivity within the catering industry.

Gregory, who you all know passed away earlier this year, was incredibly passionate about the subject and leaves an incredible legacy.

He was never afraid to stand up for his beliefs and made a huge impact at BM and the wider hospitality industry. Gregory’s mum, Kerry Anderson, was there to collect the award, on his behalf, on the evening.
