BM retains Best Companies One Star accreditation for 14th consecutive year

BM has retained its One Star accreditation from Best Companies for the 14th consecutive year, reaffirming its position as one of the UK’s most consistently recognised employers.
In the latest Best Companies assessment, BM is also classified as officially as a ‘Very Good Company to Work For’ and ranked #55 Best Large Company to Work For in the UK.
The independent contract caterer remains the only business in its sector to feature on the Best Companies to Work For list for this length of time, following the most recent employee engagement survey results.
Best Companies’ One Star accreditation recognises organisations that demonstrate very good levels of workplace engagement, based entirely on confidential employee feedback. The assessment measures areas including leadership, wellbeing, personal growth, trust and organisational clarity.
