Following news she was shortlisted, Charlotte was interviewed by ACE and this is what she said.
“At BM Caterers, I have the privilege of promoting nutrition through engaging roadshows and effective communication tools. My role involves supporting customers, clients, and the BM family in making informed choices. This includes creating delicious and nutritious menus using local seasonal ingredients, analysing recipes, and ensuring compliance with allergen, Natasha’s Law, and calorie regulations. These efforts contribute to BM’s sustainability and reinforce our commitment to healthy eating strategies. As a nutritionist, I understand the individual nature of healthy eating and the controversies surrounding dietary guidelines. I aim to demystify nutrition, making it relatable and accessible to all, fostering a culture of enjoyable and informed eating. I was thrilled to be shortlisted by ACE and look forward to the exciting event. Good luck to everyone who has been shortlisted, I can see that I am in great company.”
