My earliest food memory is one summer in Ireland, when I went fruit picking with my Nan, we took them straight home and made a fruit pie. There is nothing like a freshly baked pie straight out of the oven with a dollop of cream!
Food which is trending for me has to be Japanese or Korean Cuisine.
My favourite place to eat is easily a street food market, where I am completely spoilt for choice.

I own an obscene amount of recipe books, which I constantly flick through for inspiration, especially when I am trying to plan the meals for the week! I am an absolute nightmare when it comes to reading a recipe, I tend to find my inner chef and do my own thing.
Three items always kept in my fridge are Spicy Kimchi, Boursin Cheese and Blueberries.
