Caribbean Rum Punch

Ingredients

Fresh lime juice – 1 cup

Grenadine or simple syrup – 2 cups

Dark Caribbean rum – 3 cups

Pineapple juice – 2 cups

Orange juice – 2 cups

Grated nutmeg – 1 pinch

Angostura bitters – 1 dash
Mix all the ingredients, except the nutmeg and bitters, in a jug.
Chill and serve in a glass with ice, a dash of bitters and a pinch of nutmeg.
Garnish with orange or lime slices.
Take a sip and imagine you are at the carnival!
