Ingredients
- Fresh lime juice - 1 cup
- Grenadine or simple syrup - 2 cups
- Dark Caribbean rum - 3 cups
- Pineapple juice - 2 cups
- Orange juice - 2 cups
- Grated nutmeg - 1 pinch
- Angostura bitters - 1 dash
Mix all the ingredients, except the nutmeg and bitters, in a jug.
Chill and serve in a glass with ice, a dash of bitters and a pinch of nutmeg.
Garnish with orange or lime slices.
