  • 200g Montgomery’s Cheddar
  • 220g Innes Goat’s Cheese
  • 200g Gratte Paille
  • 300g Blue Stichelton
  • 350g Vacherin Mont d’Or or Wigmore
  • 200g Cracked Wet Walnuts
  • 200g Quince Jelly
  • 5-10 Endive leaves
  • 200g Muscat grapes
  • Selection of crackers, biscuits, crusty bread



Arrange the cheeses on a large platter or cutting board along with the wet walnuts, jelly, endive leaves, grapes, crackers, biscuits and bread.


Serve at room temperature with a nice dessert wine.
