- 200ml dill infused vodka
- 50ml extra dry vermouth
- 4tsp dill pickle juice
- Small dill pickles or cornichons for garnish (optional)
The lovely dill pickle martini is a twist on the classic dirty vodka martini.
First you will need to make your pickle infused vodka
Pickle infused vodka
- 300ml vodka
- 100ml dill pickle juice
- 2 whole dill pickles
Mix all the ingredients together and store in a Kilner or mason jar, place in the fridge for a minimum off 3 days to infuse together.
Make your Dill Pickle Martini
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the vodka, vermouth and dill pickle juice to the shaker. Shake well until frost starts to form on the outside of the shaker, about 30 seconds.
- Pour into 4 martini glasses. Garnish with small pickles (optional).
