• 2500ml water
  • 500g caster sugar
  • 50g hibiscus flower
  • 500ml lemon juice
  • 250g sliced lemons

Add a little colour to your picnic with this gorgeous hibiscus lemonade. Tasty and adds some fun to your favourite drink.


  • Heat the water, sugar and lemon juice
  • Remove from the heat
  • Add the flowers and lemon slices
  • Cool at room temperature
  • Strain
  • Adjust sugar if needed and serve over ice
