
Ingredients
- 2500ml water
- 500g caster sugar
- 50g hibiscus flower
- 500ml lemon juice
- 250g sliced lemons
Add a little colour to your picnic with this gorgeous hibiscus lemonade. Tasty and adds some fun to your favourite drink.
Method
- Heat the water, sugar and lemon juice
- Remove from the heat
- Add the flowers and lemon slices
- Cool at room temperature
- Strain
- Adjust sugar if needed and serve over ice
