Method

  1. Mix Ingredients: Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Knead: Knead the mixture for 12 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  3. Prove: Allow the dough to prove (rise) in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
  4. Shape: Once proved, shape the dough into loaves or your desired bread shape.
  5. Bake: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Bake the loaves for 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped on the bottom.
  6. Cool: Allow the bread to cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
