Ingredients
- Christmas Pudding
- Puff pastry
- 1 beaten egg
- Sugar & cinnamon for coating
Method
Mash up a Christmas pudding with your hands
Cut a store bought puff pastry sheet into 6 rectangles
Place some Christmas pudding into each of the 6 rectangles
Brush the edges with egg and fold the pastry over, completely covering the filling
Crimp and trim the edges
Cook in a deep pan of oil till golden brown
Coat in cinnamon sugar and serve. Try these with the brandy butter ice cream!
