Pear and Cardamon Cooler
Ingredients

2 cracked cardomom pods

25ml Martel

18ml Triple Sec

18ml Pear Liqueur

18ml fresh lemon juice
-
5ml sugar syrup

12.5ml chilled water
Treat yourself with this fabulous cocktail
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a Julep cup, top with soda water and garnish with a ripe pear.
