Platinum Jubilee Tea Mocktail
If you’re looking a gorgeous mocktail to enjoy this Jubilee weekend, give this specially created Platinum Jubilee tea mocktail a try. It was created by our wonderful Tea Sommelier, Jane Milton.
Method
- 3- 4 hours ahead of time – Brew up Dilmah T Series Brilliant Breakfast tea made with 2 tea bags and 200ml water.
- Let it brew for 5 minutes, remove the tea bags, allow to cool and refrigerate until required.
- At the same time brew 2 tea bags of Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Tea in 200ml water
- Let it brew for 5 minutes, remove the tea bags, allow to cool and refrigerate until required.
- Leave 3- 4 hours
- Fill 4 champagne flutes with ice, pour in 50ml of chilled Brilliant Breakfast Tea.
- Add 50ml Blue Pea Flower Tea, a small squeeze of lemon juice, 20ml of passionfruit syrup and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon rind, a slice of lemon or some edible flowers
- Serve and enjoy!
