- Celeriac - 350g
- Coffee grounds - 250g
- Fine table salt - 150g
- Egg white - 1
What do you do with all your leftover coffee grounds? Don’t throw them away. Instead try this gorgeous baked celeriac using coffee grounds and salt.
- Beat the egg whites until fluffy, add the coffee grounds and salt and form a dough
- Mould the dough around the celeriac and bake at 180ºC for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and leave to rest in the dough.
- Once cooled cut and discard the dough and serve the celeriac
