Ingredients
- Grape juice for ice cubes
- 60ml vodka
- 15ml ginger syrup
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 60ml club soda
- Grapes for garnish
There is a nice freshness to this Transfusion cocktail, which keeps the summer going for a little longer and hoping for some more warm weather!
Method
- In advance: Fill an ice cube tray with grape juice and place in the freezer for several hours until frozen.
- Add the vodka, ginger syrup and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
- Strain into a rocks glass over the grape juice ice cubes.
- Top with the club soda.
- Garnish with grapes and enjoy.
