I think coffee must run in my veins! I’ve been part of the UK coffee industry for over 20 years now – as head of coffee for a contract caterer operating in travel locations around the world and, most recently, 10 years with one of BM’s long-standing coffee partners, so my expertise covers both supply and operations

My role as Events Coordinator and member of The Speciality Coffee Association (SCA UK Chapter Ltd) gives me a strong presence within the UK coffee community, organising and running the UK national coffee championships and spreading the word about great coffee! It’s also a fantastic opportunity to network with fellow coffee experts, and learn ‘what’s next’ in coffee, knowledge I can bring back to BM to ensure our coffee offer is always on point and ahead of the high street.

One of my favourite restaurants is Al Boccon di’vino in Richmond. They have a ‘no menu’ policy and you eat whatever traditional Italian food chef-patron, Riccardo has decided to cook that day. It’s absolutely incredible!
