Hospitality has shaped my career from the very beginning. With experience spanning corporate B&I and the restaurant industry, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what great service looks like and how it is delivered consistently, day in and day out.

For me, exceptional hospitality is built on the details that guests remember. An extra glass of wine offered at the right moment, friendly conversation, or a coffee made exactly the way someone likes it, every time. These seemingly small touches create meaningful experiences and, when embedded into operations, deliver lasting value for clients.

As Operations Director, I work closely with teams to ensure the catering experience in our clients’ workplaces runs seamlessly, anticipating challenges before they arise and keeping service standards high. My meticulous, organised approach, combined with a natural instinct to think several steps ahead, helps clients reduce operational risk, maintain consistency, and deliver experiences their people genuinely enjoy.

I believe the contract catering industry stands apart because of its ability to blend exceptional food and service with strong, long‑term partnerships. By collaborating with talented culinary teams, championing attention to detail and embracing change with agility, I help clients navigate evolving workplace needs while keeping hospitality at the heart of everything we do.

Outside of work, my taste is refreshingly simple. A perfectly prepared margherita pizza with a lightly charred crust and rich tomato sauce, paired with a glass of Montepulciano and ideally enjoyed alfresco. Proof that, just like great operations, the best things are often the simplest when done well.
