My earliest food memory is family dinners on a Saturday evening – usually my father would cook something delicious.

Hot and spicy jerk chicken with rice and peas is the food trending for me.

My favourite place to eat is at home for special occasions, as I have a great live-in chef. My most memorable meal was last year; it was my mother’s 80th birthday and we celebrated at L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon.

My ideal dinner guests would be Boris Johnson and Michelle Obama.

For cookbook inspiration, I’m currently reading the Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook. It contains recipes for lots of delicious cakes, from fluffy cupcakes with pretty buttercream frosting to decadent chocolate layer cakes and zesty lemon meringue pie. They look as great as they taste.

The three items I always keep in my fridge are wine, fresh pasta and herbs.
