My father was fisherman, so my earliest food memories are of seafood fresh from the sea.  I used to go out with him –and catch my own fish.

Food that is trending for me is any kind of Street food, which I love along with bakeries making lovely breads/cakes. I have a passion for coffee and cakes.

Favourite place to eat is anywhere which serves good steak.

My most memorable meal is when my mum makes chicken curry. It is the best and is still my favourite meal.

We love to entertain and normally have family and friends over who like to experience new foods – we  run our own ‘Come Dine With Me’. We cook for each other and rate the food – obviously we have a winner at the end, due to my competitiveness 😊

I have collected a range of cookbooks including: Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsay, Gino D’Acampo, The Hummingbird and Mary Berry.

The three items In always kept in my fridge are: Steak, Olives and  Charcuterie items.
