My earliest food memory is being in my Mum’s kitchen, trying to get a head start on her Trinidadian breakfasts.

The food that is trending for me at the moment is Korean corn dogs, Turkish eggs and Chicago pizza. All are absolutely delicious.

My favourite place to eat currently is Pophams Bakery and Zayat in Tooting

I have had so many memorable meals, but Patria in New York has to be up there, it no longer exists, but it was a one of a kind!

My ideal dinner guests would be the Chicago Bulls and the Detroit Pistons, what a party that would be!

My cookbook inspiration come from a book called The Sugar Club, I Β worked there for many years and still find it very inspirational.

The three items I always keep in my fridge are: a lentil or pulse dish, a green dish and there are always some leftovers.
