How do you discuss problems at work?

Face-on, I hope. I am not one to shy away from problems or from confronting them. I much prefer to get it on the table and then look at a way to go forward. I like the idea ‘problems are really opportunities’ and I think 99 percent of the time they really are. Life would be deadly dull without challenges and change. Read more in EP Magazine
