Founded in 1905, Forman’s is a fourth-generation family business and one of the last remaining traditional smoked salmon producers in London. Operating from their purpose-built smokehouse in East London, Forman’s combines time-honoured curing methods with modern production standards to deliver consistently exceptional quality.
Forman’s is renowned for its signature London Cure smoked salmon, which is still hand-prepared on site using traditional techniques.
