
Ingredients
- 1kg Greek Yoghurt
- x2 large cucumbers (600g), peeled and chopped into 1cm dice.
- 8g dried mint
- 100g golden raisins
- GARNISH
- Fresh mint
- 1g dried rose petals
No Persian celebration would be complete without a dish of Mast-o-khiar, a cool delicious blend of greek yogurt and cucumber.
Method
- Mix the cucumber, dried mint, golden raisins and some salt and pepper in a bowl until evenly combined.
- Check the seasoning to taste and adjust if needed.
- Spoon onto a plate or bowl and garnish with the rose petals and mint leaves.
