Ingredients

  • 520g - Medjool Dates
  • 92g - Cream for whipping
  • 90g - Mascarpone
  • 5g - Pure Maple Syrup
  • 25g - Hazelnuts
  • 35g - Islands 65% Dark Chocolate Buttons

Looking for a sweet treat that quick and easy to make, give these stuffed dates with hazelnuts a go. We know you’ll be hooked.

Method

  1. In a medium sized bowl, use a hand blender to mix whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add in the mascarpone cheese and maple syrup.
  3. Mix with hand blender until smooth and stiff peaks form.
  4. Fill cream mixture into a piping bag fitted with the 1M piping tip. Alternatively, you can use a sandwich bag and cut the corner.
  5. Pipe cream mixture into the centre of each date.
  6. Crush the hazelnuts and melt the chocolate.
  7. Top with the crushed hazelnuts or drizzle with melted chocolate.
